PC is rebooting automatically at start-up

The main reason for this problem is a program, which is causing your PC to re-boot as soon as the program is loaded. That program may be corrupted or not installed properly, which is causing the issue.
To resolve this, you must run the Windows Regedit utility in the safe mode. Here is how to do it.
1.) First, boot into Safe Mode. After a reboot or two, you’ll probably be given that option, but if not, just tap the F8 key a few times once you see the Windows logo pop up on your screen. 2.) Once you're in Safe Mode, go to Start, Run and type in MSCONFIG Then visit MSCONFIG page for detail explanation on how to use MSCONFIG utility for Computer problem troubleshooting.
